New patients

Your first visit, sorted in advance.

We’re accepting new patients of all ages. Here’s what makes the first appointment go smoothly.

Arrive 15 minutes early

Give yourself 15 minutes before your appointment time to finish registration paperwork.

Insurance card & photo ID

Bring both to every visit. If your plan changed recently, let the front desk know before your appointment.

Medication list

A written list of prescriptions, over-the-counter medicines and supplements, with doses if you know them.

Records & history

Immunisation records, recent labs or notes from a previous practice help us avoid repeating tests.
