The same provider, every visit
You are scheduled with your own provider rather than whoever is open. Continuity is the point.
About the practice
Qualls Harbin Family Medicine is an independent, nurse practitioner–led family medicine practice on Riverside Drive in Savannah, Tennessee, caring for families from Selmer to Waynesboro and Iuka to Parsons.
The practice is built around a simple idea: primary care works best when the same person keeps looking after you, year after year. That means longer appointments, a familiar face, and a front desk you can actually reach.
Being independent matters. There is no health system dictating visit lengths or referral patterns. Qualls Harbin Family Medicine LLC is owned and led by Lauren Harbin, FNP, who is listed as the practice’s authorized official in the federal NPI registry.
Our roots are local. We are on Riverside Drive in Savannah, a short walk from the Tennessee River, and we look after families from across Hardin County and the surrounding area — from Selmer to Waynesboro and Iuka to Parsons — often several generations of the same family.

“She is very attentive and takes her time to diagnose and meet your needs. The complete staff is great.”
What makes us different
You are scheduled with your own provider rather than whoever is open. Continuity is the point.
Appointments are scheduled long enough to finish the conversation, so you are not watching the clock.
Medically supervised weight management is an established part of what the practice does, managed inside your medical record.
We have our own lab technician on staff, so routine testing is drawn and run right here; outside referrals are coordinated by our team.
Patients write about several generations of the same family being seen here.
No health-system quotas. Clinical decisions stay in the exam room.
Insurance & payment
We work with most major insurance plans, including Medicare. Because plans and networks change, the surest way to know where you stand is a quick call to the office before your first visit — we are happy to check your coverage for you.
Self-pay patients are welcome here. If you do not have insurance, call the office and we will walk you through what a visit costs before you book.
You should be able to find out what a visit costs before you book it. Ask the front desk and you will get a straight answer, not a surprise bill later.
